Store Refund Policy:
All products are printed to order and sent to our printer when you order and pay for the product. Show Me Your Stethoscope follows the refund policy of our printer. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, style, etc or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our printer offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
